Dave T - Presenter & Owner
Hi my name is Dave Tee, and I am from Birmingham. My love of music started at a very early age, listening to reggae, soul and Motown music in youth clubs in and around Birmingham.
I got into DJing at around 12 years old at a local youth club and from this I went on to own my own sound system playing reggae and soul. I also worked in the premier night clubs in and around the midlands, and was one of the founder members of Birmingham’s first pirate radio station which ran for 3 years, I have also compiled several reggae CDs which have been minor successes’ I have also had the pleasure of working with some top reggae artists which is my claim to fame.
I have embraced the Northern & Modern Soul scene for the last 40 years, and I and my partner are still frequently attending soul weekender's up and down the country, although age is now taking its toll for me on the dance floor.
